Cancellation and Payment Terms

Terms and Conditions

We guarantee your room once you have made a confirmed booking.

Please remember to cancel your booking in good time if, contrary to expectations, you no longer require the room. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the time of enquiry and the room rate; please check these carefully.

1. Flexible rate: Cancellation is free of charge up to 4.00 pm on the day before arrival (local hotel time). If you cancel later than 4.00 pm local time on the day before arrival, the total amount of your booking will be charged to the credit card you provided.

2. Hot Deal Rate (Special Offer): All cancellations, booking changes or no-shows will be charged the full amount. Full payment of the booking total is required on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

3. Peak & High Season Rates: Generally applicable during conference and trade fair periods, Advent weekends and New Year’s Eve week, or during periods of high demand.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 30 days, the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All prices quoted are per room, ‘from’ prices in € (euros), including breakfast and all statutory charges. Prices are subject to change. The local tourist tax is not included.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the accommodation provider.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
4. For bookings of 3 or more rooms, the hotel’s separate cancellation terms apply.
5. The above terms and conditions generally apply only to individual bookings. Terms and conditions for group bookings are set out separately below. Otherwise, the group terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms apply.
